"NEW" Morbidelli X5.44 Evolution Machining Center
		This Morbidelli 5 Axis CNC Router is as state-of-the-art as one can buy. Between its two 15 horsepower electrospindles, it will be able to route all sides of a piece of wood from any angle with an automatic choice of 30 different tools (which does not include its 36 drill bits). It will enable us to more quickly and accurately carve beaded ovolo corners, complex corbels, special wording, and decorative onlays. It will also help with curved doors, re-curved moldings, and routing any design that can be sent in an AutoCAD file (including 3D drawings). Basically, this is another machine that will help you further differentiate yourselves from any of your competitors.



"NEW" SCM Class T-130 with ISO-40 quick change shafts.
		The SCMI T130 Class shaper delivers consistent machining accuracy with minimal changeover times and easy set up. Additionally the T 130 Class allows for greatly reduced floor space consumption by being able replace multiple standard shapers. The Class is perfect for high-end custom woodworkers and architectural millwork shops requiring maximum accuracy and a high degree of machining finish, as well as large furniture manufacturers demanding numerous set ups and low-volume quantities. The quick change over features make each custom set up for a cutter head as easy as three adjustments, ensuring repeatability of a profile without test pieces and wasted time. "NEW" Voorwood A26 Dual Spindle Coping shaper, with quick change tooling
		Voorwood’s latest design is equipped with a large ergonomical 42” long x 16” wide capacity table that provides comfortable access during single or multiple part cycles. PLC controlled clamping automatically secures the rail ends. Three different profile Shaper Heads can be stacked for quick setup. The A26 is capable of shaping up to seven 2” wide rails in one pass with dual heavy duty 7½ HP motors. Options include automatic power feed with 2 handed cycle control for operator safety. A single spindle model is also available.

US Concepts Curved Molder
	This molder has both straight line and curved capabilities which allows us to both duplicate our crown moldings in curved format and also to offer you the ability to do custom wood species on large jobs.


SCM ALFA 32D Panel Saw
	This fully automated panel saw is interlinked with our front office where a parts list is created and optimized for the most efficient cutting pattern and accuracy. A disk is then exported to our saw where it is down-loaded and cut according to these instructions. An individual label with a bar code for tooling is printed for every part which gives us all the information we need to tool the part at the Morbidelli CNC Router. This process allows us to cut more accurately while wasting less material and speeding up production.


SCMI SANDYA 30
	This belt sander has two drums for abrasive sanding and one segmented platen for finish sanding. It allows us to take wood from an 80-grit finish to a 220-grit finish in one pass. This machine is so accurate, the sandpaper needs to be measured with a micrometer.


Ornamental Milling
	This Woodchuck ornamental milling machine allows us to make our own custom turnings up to 60" long in a variety of patterns. Although it is the smallest tool on this page, it enables us to build items that very few other cabinet makers can produce in-house. It's these special touches that help make Pennville unique.


Morbidelli CNC Router
	This Morbidelli machining center has 29 vertical drill bits for line boring, eight horizontal drill bits for construction boring, two routers (one with a ten collett tool changer for routings that require several different cutting tools), and a saw for kerfs of 1/4" or less. It enables us to tool any panel that can be drawn in AutoCad within .004" accuracy in one pass. We can perform intricate details on solid wood allowing us to craft some of the most innovative designs available, while at the same time tremendously improving our efficiency on more common items.


Holz-Her Edgebander
	This Holz-Her edgebander allows us to put wood veneer on the edges of shelves while automatically trimming and buffing the sides and top. It also enables us to put a 1/4" thick solid wood front on our frameless cabinetry - again, a unique feature only found in our Europenn line. Because Holz-her uses a glue cartridge system instead of a glue pot, this is an extremely reliable machine that helps us keep our production on schedule.
